Our fees are determined on a project by project basis and will be influenced by site conditions, shadowing, design complexity, house size, number of dwellings etc. Once we have sighted your plans, a fixed fee proposal can be arrived at and forwarded to you.
Typically, our fees for the following types of work start from:
- Pools & Spas : $75.00
- Alterations & Additions : $165.00
- New Homes : $265.00
- Dual Occupancies : POA
- Multi Unit Devs,etc : POA
The above fees do not include the Government charges as detailed below.
“The NSW Department of Planning & Infrastructure who control BASIX have an administration fee for generating a BASIX Certificate which is $50.00 for new homes, and $25.00 for Alterations & Additions, Pools & Spas.
Multi-Unit Developments and Apartment Blocks are assessed dependent upon the number of dwellings involved.
